The Service is owned and operated by Firstpros Limited (trading as “HSS-Report”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09199483 and whose registered office is situated at Unit 57, The Wenta Business Centre, Innova Science Park, EN3 7XU, London, England. The company is also fully registered in Nigeria. Firstpros Limited is the controller (also known as a data controller) of and is responsible for your personal information that is managed within our server. The term “you” refers to the user wishing to access and/or use the Services.
  6. Personal information collected and use of this information: Although it is not compulsory to give us this information, however, if you do not then, you may not be able to report your case and get the required attention. We will collect the following data.
    1. Name: we need to store this to identify you in the provision of our service. It will be shared with our system administrator and the legal teams for reviewing and consideration before it is sent out to the relevant stakeholders (the stakeholders are Police, DSS, EFCC, Immigration, Customs, NDLEA, Courts, Banks, Airforce, Navy, Armies, Fire Services, and other Government Agencies.
    2. Email: we will send updates to you via the emails you provide. We will not share your email with a third party.
    3. Evidence: if you upload a photo, video, audio, or document as evidence to support your report, we may provide it to the relevant stakeholders to allow them to process your report faster.
    4. IP Address: this is used by us and some of our third-party providers to identify your device in the provision of our service. It is also used for fraud checks and to ensure your security. Our future plan will reveal more functionalities that will make this system more robust.
    5. Physical Address: It is important the information supplied by you is accurate so the enforcement team can support you better. Once the enforcement team tries to establish contact with you by telephone, email, or your physical address and you cannot be found once, they may not revisit, and your case will be closed.
  7. Subscription and Payment method: The members of the public will use the App for free except corporate bodies and government agencies, who are referred to as stakeholders. However, the subscription-payment payment details they provide (including name, email address and sometimes address) are sent directly to PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. They are not stored on Firstpros Limited servers and Firstpros Limited employees do not have access to these details.

      You can contact us directly by phone or by email if you feel concerned about our procedures. We can also contact you by email or telephone if there is a need to do so.
    • FEEDBACK Reviews:
      if you choose to leave a review about your experience and how we have treated you, this will be shown to other users and system administrators.
    • DATA SECURITY:
      Location data -We will only store your location services data with intelligence services should your safety be compromised. You can stop this data from being stored by turning off your location services. We will also broadcast to you any intelligence report we gather concerning your present location.

      How do we use your information? We use your personal information collected via the Service for a variety of business purposes described below:
      • To take steps towards entering into a contract with you, to provide the service, and to claim any right to be paid under our Terms (Contractual Reasons). This includes collecting and using your personal information to.
